Our Training

At Alderwood LLA, we believe the learning and development of our staff is paramount in ensuring everyone can work effectively with our service users and is something we take very seriously. We maintain high standards of care and include all staff in the ethos of the company.

We want our staff to have a rewarding career and be able to achieve growth within the framework of the company, and this is a value we strive for within our training program.

Our comprehensive classroom-based training provides all employees with their legislative and compliance training surrounding the mandatory Care Certificate learning.

We use specially selected external trainers to deliver comprehensive training. Upon successful completion of a probation period, we offer a range of apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care. All training forms part of your individual development portfolio.
