Alderwood LLA Homes
We have a number of
homes across The North, Wakefield, Doncaster, Milton Keynes and
Northamptonshire providing 24-hour residential care, supported living and day
placement with respite, for those with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum
Condition, complex needs and behaviours which challenges others.
Residential Homes
Our homes largely cater for adults although we do have a limited number of spaces for children.
Alderwood LLA provides a family-type setting that supports the needs of each individual. The homes provide a highly structured environment using a Visual Communication System where continued learning and life skills are designed to maximise the potential for independence and fulfilment.

Supported Living Homes
For individuals identified as being in a position to live a more independent life style, supported living and care is available at Alderwood LLA. As with residential care packages, supported living is tailored to the individual and we work hard to offer the correct level of support to encourage independence.
Those we support in our supported living services have a tenancy agreement and staff trained in this field help them understand their rights and responsibilities.
At Alderwood LLA we focus on family living and social interaction. A variety of activities are available and encouraged including visiting peers in other homes, holidays, eating out, discos and day trips.

Domiciliary Care
Sometimes known as outreach or home support, Domiciliary Care gives you the support you need to stay in your own home. You may have already been living in a Residential or Supported Living service and are ready for that next step into independence, but with the peace of mind that you have a few hours a week of support to help you with your everyday activities and tasks.
People we support with Domiciliary Care benefit from the support we provide that builds confidence and enables them to do things themselves. We always lead with a person-centred approach and like to ensure that people always have control over their own lives. We support people in their own homes, and have a number of additional supported living homes in Doncaster, Milton Keynes and Northampton that are newly developed, modern, and purposefully equipped to meet people’s needs as they move in.
