The Human Resources & Training Team is an essential part of Alderwood’s incredible track record. A small, but fast paced team, we work holistically with our colleagues to equip them with the career enhancing tools, advice and continuous bespoke development needed to best support each other, the young people and adults who live within Alderwood homes.

We are looking for a confident, focused individual that has an interest in Learning & Development with excellent administration experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be committed to providing training and support whilst maintaining employee training  records, identifying knowledge gaps and future training requirements and enhancing the company’s learning and continuous development.
