Training Days

There are no more training courses outstanding for August 2010.

As we move into July Alderwood will continue to see a constant use in the volume of training courses.

Communication Services

The training department will continue to keep all staff informed of upcoming training as early as possible. Please remember to keep an eye out within the residential homes for memo's and message boards, which will be the first line of communication regarding an impending training course. I will of course send all staff a text message to remind them of training, as well as using this website as another form of advertising for training.

Training will be slowly increasing throughout the following months. The new induction intake of staff will be undertaking their advanced Safeguarding and Structure training as well as Epliepsy Awareness.

All staff should keep a careful eye on internal memos and message boards for advertised training.
