Alderwood offers residential care for children and young people who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders and challenging behaviour. Our guiding principle has been to provide care and education as an integrated support system within a framework of a small 'family' type home. Alderwood has one residential school/home for six children, registered with Ofsted and four residential homes, one accommodating five young people/adults, one for six adults and two for two adults each. These are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission).
